Marmo Wall Light - Gold & Round Natural Stone

The Marmo is a wall light built around a circular natural stone disc set within a gold-plated metal frame. The stone diffuser sits at the centre of a 19cm diameter circular frame, with a geometric gold-plated metal bracket extending from the wall to support the fitting. A single E14 bulb behind the stone casts light through the natural material, revealing the stone's mineral veining and tonal variation.

Designed for bedrooms, hallways, dining rooms and living spaces, the Marmo provides ambient rather than task light. The stone diffuser softens the bulb's output, distributing it across the wall and into the room without glare. The IP20 rating limits the fitting to dry indoor locations away from direct water exposure. The 12.5cm projection from the wall suits typical residential wall installations where furniture sits 40-60cm from the wall.

The natural stone diffuser is cut from a single piece, so the veining pattern differs between individual Marmo units depending on the section of stone used. The gold-plated metal frame provides a warm metallic accent that pairs with brass hardware, warm timber tones and neutral wall colours. The metal construction and stone disc give the fitting durability whilst keeping the overall weight low enough for standard wall fixing into masonry or plasterboard with appropriate wall plugs.

What bulb does the Marmo take?

The fitting takes a single E14 small Edison screw bulb up to 40W. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with a warm-white LED between 4-6W and 2700K-3000K for ambient bedroom or hallway lighting.

Does the stone vary between units?

Yes. Each stone diffuser is cut from natural stone, so the veining pattern, mineral deposits and tonal variation differ between individual Marmo wall lights. This is a characteristic of the natural material.

Can it be used in bathrooms?

No. The IP20 rating means the fitting is not protected against moisture or direct water exposure. It must be installed in dry indoor locations only, away from bathroom zones or outdoor use.

What wall fixing is required?

The fitting requires standard wall fixings appropriate to the wall type. For masonry walls use wall plugs and screws; for plasterboard use plasterboard anchors rated to the fitting's weight. The installation manual specifies fixing positions.
