Arelis LED Linear Alabaster Wall Light 600mm - Soft White & Black

The Arelis is a 600mm linear wall light built around a cylindrical column of natural Spanish alabaster, held within an open black metal frame with subtle brass detailing at the top and bottom collars. An integrated 16W LED runs the length of the alabaster, drawing 230V mains and emitting a warm 3000K output that diffuses through the stone rather than from a visible bulb.

At 600mm tall, 80mm wide and projecting 100mm from the wall, the Arelis suits hallway runs, vanity flanks beside a bathroom mirror, bedroom bedheads, and stairwell walls where vertical light is wanted without a wide footprint. The fitting mounts directly onto a standard wall back box and the open frame allows light to escape sideways as well as forward, softening the wall around the fitting itself.

Each alabaster section shows different mineral veining and tonal variation depending on where in the block it was cut, so no two Arelis pieces light identically once switched on. The matt black frame contrasts the warm glow of the stone and reads as a clean architectural line on the wall, while the brass collars at top and bottom add a quieter accent that ties the fitting to warm-metal hardware elsewhere in the room.

Is the Arelis suitable for bathroom use?

The specification does not list an IP rating, so the Arelis should be treated as an indoor, dry-zone fitting. It can be used in a bedroom, hallway or dressing area, but should not be installed within bathroom Zones 1 or 2 where it could be exposed to splashing water. Outside the splash zones in a larger bathroom, please confirm with a qualified electrician.

Is it dimmable?

The Arelis uses an integrated 16W LED on 230V mains. Dimmer compatibility depends on the specific dimmer model and driver, so please contact us before pairing with a wall dimmer to confirm.

Does the alabaster look the same on every fitting?

No. Each alabaster cylinder is cut from natural Spanish stone, so veining, tone and translucency vary between pieces. This is a feature of the natural material and the variation only becomes more apparent once the LED is switched on.

Which way up should it be installed?

The Arelis is designed as a vertical wall light, with the alabaster column running up the wall. It can be installed either side of a mirror as a pair, on a stairwell wall, or in a hallway run. Mounting hardware fits a standard wall back box.
