Aurelio 6 Light Large Alabaster Globe Chandelier - Brushed Brass

The Aurelio is a 650mm-diameter six-light chandelier built around a brushed brass stem and six curved brass arms, each terminating in a 120mm spherical shade cut from natural Spanish alabaster. Six G9 lamp sockets sit inside the globes (bulbs sold separately), with light passing through the alabaster rather than spilling around it. The fitting hangs from a brushed brass chain suspension, allowing drop length to be adjusted on installation.

Sized for dining rooms, larger hallways and open-plan living areas with ceiling heights of 2.6m or above, the Aurelio works as a central decorative fitting over a six-to-eight-seat dining table or in a stairwell void. The 500mm fixture height plus chain gives flexibility to set the chandelier 750-900mm above a dining table or higher in a stairwell. The brass canopy fits standard UK ceiling roses and the chain conceals the cable run.

Each alabaster globe is cut from a single block of Spanish alabaster, so veining patterns and tonal variation differ from shade to shade across the six positions. The soft white stone diffuses the G9 lamps into a warm ambient glow rather than producing direct downward light, which suits the chandelier to spaces where atmospheric lighting matters more than task brightness. The brushed brass finish on the stem and arms keeps reflections low and pairs comfortably with both warm and cool interior palettes.

What bulbs does the Aurelio take?

The chandelier uses six G9 capsule bulbs, sold separately. Most users pair it with warm-white G9 LEDs between 2.5W and 4W at 2700K-3000K, which complements the soft white tone of the alabaster without over-driving the stone.

Is it dimmable?

The fitting itself is wired for standard 230V mains. Dimmer compatibility depends on the G9 LED bulbs chosen and the dimmer module installed. Please contact us before specifying a dimmer to confirm a compatible combination.

What ceiling height does it suit?

The fixture is 500mm tall before the chain, and the chain length is adjustable on installation. It works best in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.6m or above, hung 750-900mm above a dining table or higher in a stairwell void.

Will the alabaster globes look identical to each other?

No. Each globe is cut from natural Spanish alabaster, so veining patterns, translucency and tonal variation differ between the six shades. This is a feature of the natural material rather than a defect, and the variation becomes visible when the lamps are switched on.
