Aurevia LED Dome Alabaster Pendant Light - Brushed Brass

The Aurevia is a compact alabaster pendant built around a 159mm dome of carved natural Spanish alabaster, suspended from a slim brushed brass stem and cable. An integrated LED sits inside the dome and projects warm 3000K light downwards through an open base ringed by a brushed brass disc, while the alabaster shade itself glows softly from the light passing through the stone.

The shade is 90mm tall and the cable hangs from an overall 2700mm drop that is shortened on installation. The small diameter and short shade height suit positions where a fuller pendant would feel oversized: above a bedside table, over a kitchen breakfast bar in a multiple-pendant run, in a hallway, or beside a reading chair. Because the LED is concealed behind the brass disc at the base, there is no visible bulb or glare from typical seated and standing eye levels.

The shade is cut from natural Spanish alabaster, so each piece carries different mineral veining and tonal variation when unlit and a different glow pattern when illuminated. The stainless steel internal frame and brushed brass stem and base disc give a warm metallic contrast against the off-white stone. The brushed finish on the brass softens reflections and pairs with both warm-toned timber interiors and cooler painted schemes.

Does the Aurevia come with a bulb?

Yes. The pendant has an integrated LED rated at 3000K (warm white) running on 230V mains, so no separate bulb is needed. The LED is built into the fitting behind the brushed brass base disc.

Can the drop length be shortened?

Yes. The cable is supplied at a 2700mm overall drop and is shortened during installation to set the pendant at the height required. For a kitchen island or breakfast bar the shade typically sits 700-800mm above the worktop; over a bedside table, 400-500mm above the surface usually works well.

Is each alabaster shade the same?

No. Each shade is cut from a block of natural Spanish alabaster, so the veining, tone and translucency vary between pieces. The variation is most visible when the pendant is illuminated, and is a feature of the natural stone rather than a defect.

Will it suit a low ceiling?

The shade itself is only 90mm tall and 159mm wide, making the Aurevia one of the more compact options for low or standard ceiling heights. With the cable shortened on installation, the pendant works in rooms with ceiling heights from around 2.3m upwards.
