Aurexis 800mm Floating Ring Alabaster LED Chandelier - Soft White

The Aurexis is an 800mm circular pendant light formed from a continuous ring of natural Spanish alabaster, suspended on three slim cables from a discreet ceiling fixing. An integrated LED concealed inside the ring's lower channel pushes warm 3000K light up through the stone, turning the alabaster itself into the diffuser and producing an even halo of ambient light around the full circumference.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands, entrance halls and open-plan living areas with ceiling heights of 2.6m or higher, the Aurexis works as both ambient and decorative lighting. The low-profile 80mm section keeps the silhouette slim against tall ceilings, while the 800mm diameter sits comfortably above a six-seat dining table or a 1.8-2.4m kitchen island. The three suspension cables are adjustable on installation to set the drop height.

Each section of alabaster is cut from natural stone, so the veining, cloudy translucency and tonal variation differ across the ring and between individual pieces. The soft white metal structure inside the form provides rigidity without showing through the stone, and the cable suspension keeps the visual weight focused on the ring itself rather than on a central rod or chain. The integrated LED removes the need for a separate bulb and keeps the inner profile of the ring uninterrupted.

What size table or island does the Aurexis suit?

The 800mm diameter works well above a six-seat dining table or a kitchen island between roughly 1.8m and 2.4m long. As a guide, leave around 300mm of clearance on each side between the ring and the edge of the surface below.

Is the LED replaceable?

The LED is integrated into the ring rather than a removable bulb. With typical domestic use, integrated LEDs of this type are rated for many years of service before reaching end of life.

Does each ring look identical?

No. Each Aurexis is cut from natural Spanish alabaster, so the veining, cloudy areas and tonal variation differ between individual pieces and across the ring itself. This is a feature of the natural stone rather than a defect.

How is the alabaster cleaned?

Alabaster is porous and softer than marble. Wipe gently with a dry, soft microfibre cloth. Avoid household sprays, polishes and chemical cleaners, and do not soak the stone with water.
