Bellorin Small Alabaster Pendant Light - Brushed Brass

The Bellorin is a compact alabaster pendant light measuring 120mm in diameter and 180mm in height, with a tapered shade carved from natural Spanish alabaster and a brushed brass cap connecting to a black flex and matching brushed brass ceiling rose. The shade takes a single E27 bulb (sold separately), which when lit passes warm light through the stone to reveal the soft veining running through each piece.

The small scale suits clustered installations over a kitchen island, a row of three or five above a breakfast bar, or single-fitting use over a bedside table, console or stairwell void. The slim 120mm diameter keeps the pendant visually light when grouped, and the angled silhouette gives a sculptural profile from any viewing angle. The flex length allows the drop to be set during installation to suit ceiling height and the surface below.

Each shade is cut from natural alabaster, so the mineral veining and tonal variation differ between individual pieces and become more visible once the bulb is on. The brushed brass cap and ceiling rose provide a warm metallic frame that softens reflections and pairs comfortably with both warm-toned and cooler interior schemes. The combination of natural stone and brushed metal gives the Bellorin a tactile, material-led character rather than a polished decorative finish.

What bulb does the Bellorin take?

The pendant takes a single E27 (Edison screw) bulb, sold separately. A warm-white LED between 6-8W and 2700K-3000K works well with alabaster, as cooler bulbs can flatten the warmth of the stone and reduce the glow effect.

Can it be installed in a cluster?

Yes. The 120mm diameter and slim profile make the Bellorin well suited to grouped installations of three, five or seven pendants over kitchen islands, breakfast bars and dining tables. Each pendant has its own ceiling rose, so a multi-outlet ceiling box or individual ceiling points are required.

Does the alabaster vary between pieces?

Yes. Each shade is carved from natural Spanish alabaster, so veining, tonal variation and translucency differ between pieces. This is a feature of the natural material, and individual variation becomes more pronounced once the bulb is lit.

How is the alabaster cleaned?

Alabaster is porous and softer than marble. Wipe gently with a dry, soft microfibre cloth. For more stubborn marks a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but avoid soaking the stone and do not use household sprays, polishes or chemical cleaners.
