Calviro LED Large Ring Alabaster Chandelier - Soft White

The Calviro is a 600mm ring chandelier built around a continuous torus of natural Spanish alabaster, suspended on four slim black cables from a brushed brass ceiling canopy. An integrated LED concealed within the ring casts warm 3000K light through the stone, so the alabaster itself becomes the diffuser and no bulb or fitting is visible from below.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands, open-plan living spaces and entrance halls with ceiling heights of 2.5m or higher, the Calviro works as both ambient and decorative lighting. The wide 600mm diameter gives a generous spread of light over a 6-8 seat dining table or a 1.8-2.4m kitchen island, and the four-cable suspension allows the drop to be set during installation to suit the room.

Each ring is cut and shaped from natural alabaster, so the veining, mineral patterning and tonal variation differ between individual pieces. The 80mm section gives the ring a soft, rounded profile rather than a flat disc, and the stone reads as a single continuous loop when lit. The brushed brass canopy and cable fixings provide warm metallic punctuation against the soft white stone without competing with it.

What ceiling height is needed for the Calviro?

The Calviro suits rooms with ceiling heights of 2.5m or higher. Above a dining table or kitchen island the ring typically sits 700-800mm above the surface, and the four suspension cables can be shortened during installation to set the correct drop for the room.

Is the integrated LED dimmable?

The integrated LED runs at 230V and is rated at 3000K. Dimmer compatibility depends on the specific dimmer model used, so please contact us before pairing the Calviro with a dimmer circuit to confirm.

Does the alabaster vary between pieces?

Yes. Each ring is cut from natural Spanish alabaster, so veining, translucency and tonal variation differ between individual pieces. This is a feature of the natural stone, not a defect, and becomes more visible once the LED is switched on.

How is the alabaster cleaned?

Alabaster is porous and softer than marble. Wipe gently with a dry, soft microfibre cloth. For more stubborn marks use a barely-damp cloth with distilled water, but avoid soaking the stone and do not use household sprays, polishes or chemical cleaners.
