Eloria Stacked Alabaster Table Lamp, Brushed Brass, Soft White Shade

The Eloria is a 700mm alabaster table lamp built around a stacked column of natural Spanish alabaster, divided into three cylindrical tiers of decreasing diameter and separated by brushed brass collars. A circular brushed brass base anchors the column, and a white fabric drum shade with a 380mm diameter sits on a slender brass stem at the top. The lamp takes an E27 bulb (sold separately) and is operated by twin brass pull-cord switches at the shade neck.

Designed for sideboards, console tables, hallway tables and bedroom nightstands, the Eloria works as a pair flanking a bed or sofa thanks to its 380mm shade diameter and substantial 700mm height. The pull-cord operation removes any reliance on a separate switched lamp base, useful where the lamp sits on a console without an adjacent wall switch. The drum shade casts ambient light upward and downward while the alabaster column itself takes on a soft glow from spill light.

Each alabaster tier shows different veining and tonal variation, with warm amber threads running through the otherwise pale stone. The brushed brass collars between tiers and at the base introduce a warm metallic counterpoint to the cool stone, and the proportions are weighted so the column reads as the dominant element while the white shade stays visually quiet. The combination suits contemporary, transitional and classical interiors where natural materials and metal accents are already in play.

What bulb does the Eloria take?

The lamp takes a single E27 (Edison screw) bulb, sold separately. A warm-white LED between 6-10W and 2700K-3000K suits the alabaster column and gives a soft ambient output through the white shade.

How is the lamp switched on?

Two brass pull-cord switches hang from the shade neck. The pull-cord operation means the lamp does not rely on a switched socket or in-line cord switch.

Does the alabaster vary between pieces?

Yes. Each tier is cut from natural Spanish alabaster, so veining, amber threading and tonal variation differ between individual lamps. This is a feature of the natural stone rather than a defect.

How is the alabaster cleaned?

Alabaster is porous and softer than marble. Wipe gently with a dry, soft microfibre cloth. Avoid household sprays, polishes, chemical cleaners and any soaking, which can mark or stain the stone.
