Elvaris LED 3 Tier Radial Alabaster Chandelier - Brushed Brass

The Elvaris is a 980mm three-tier radial chandelier built from six elongated Spanish alabaster bars set into a brushed brass frame, suspended from a central rod with a matching brass canopy. Each bar conceals an integrated LED strip that illuminates the stone from within, with a combined output of 42W at 3000K. The tiers rotate independently in plan, so the bars project at different angles on each level rather than stacking directly above one another.

Designed for double-height foyers, open-plan living rooms, larger dining rooms and stairwell voids, the Elvaris reads as a horizontal sculpture rather than a traditional centred fitting. The maximum drop of 1550mm (550mm fitting plus 1000mm adjustable rod) suits ceiling heights of 3m and above, with the rod cut to length on installation. The radial layout casts light outward across a wide area rather than pooling it directly below, which makes the chandelier well suited to rooms where ambient wash matters more than concentrated task light.

The frame is constructed from solid copper finished in brushed brass, giving the arms enough mass to hold a level horizontal line across spans approaching one metre. Each alabaster bar shows different mineral veining and tonal variation depending on the section of stone it was cut from, so the lit pattern across the six bars is never uniform. The combined alabaster and brass weight is significant, so a structural ceiling fixing is required rather than a standard pendant hook.

What ceiling height does the Elvaris need?

The fitting itself is 550mm deep, with an adjustable rod adding up to a further 1000mm, giving a maximum total drop of around 1550mm. It works best in rooms with ceilings of 3m or above, including double-height foyers and stairwell voids. The rod can be shortened on installation for lower ceilings.

Is the Elvaris dimmable?

The integrated LED is rated at 42W on 230V mains. Dimmer compatibility depends on the specific dimmer model, so please contact us before pairing with a dimmer to confirm.

Does each alabaster bar look the same?

No. Each bar is cut from natural Spanish alabaster, so the veining, tonal variation and translucency differ between the six bars and between individual chandeliers. This is a feature of the natural stone rather than a defect, and the variation is most visible when the LEDs are switched on.

What kind of ceiling fixing is required?

Because of the combined weight of the solid copper frame and the alabaster bars, the Elvaris should be fixed to a structural ceiling point such as a joist or a rated mounting plate rather than a standard plasterboard pendant hook. A qualified electrician should carry out the installation.
