Elystria LED Vertical Alabaster Wall Light - Brushed Brass

The Elystria is a vertical alabaster wall light built around a slender 380mm cylindrical column of natural Spanish alabaster, suspended on a black flex from a circular brushed brass wall plate. An integrated 3000K LED inside the column lights the stone from within, so the alabaster itself becomes the diffuser rather than a glass or acrylic shade.

Designed for hallways, stairwells, bedside positions and either side of a vanity mirror, the Elystria works well where a slim profile is needed against the wall. The 70mm diameter keeps the column close to the wall plane, while the 1000mm adjustable cable lets the alabaster sit at any height between just below the bracket and approximately a metre down. This makes the same fitting suitable for low-set bedside placements and taller hallway drops.

Each alabaster column is cut from a single block of natural stone, so the veining, fissures and translucent zones differ between individual lights. Under the integrated LED, denser sections of stone read as soft cream while thinner mineral veins glow more brightly, giving the column a layered internal pattern when lit. The brushed brass wall plate and matching cable cap provide a warm metallic contrast against the pale stone and pair comfortably with both warm and neutral wall colours.

Can the drop length be adjusted?

Yes. The cable supplied measures 1000mm and can be shortened on installation to set the alabaster column at the height that suits the position. Combined with the 380mm column, total drop ranges from around 400mm up to approximately 1.4m below the wall plate.

Where in the home does it work best?

The slim 70mm diameter and vertical form suit hallways, stairwells, bedside positions and either side of a bathroom or dressing room mirror. It works well in pairs flanking a bed, mirror or doorway, where the matching vertical glow gives a symmetrical effect.

Will the alabaster veining look the same as the photo?

No two columns are identical. Each is cut from natural Spanish alabaster, so veining patterns, fissures and tonal variation differ between pieces. The internal LED highlights whatever mineral pattern is present in the stone supplied.

Is it suitable for bathroom use?

No IP rating is specified for this fitting, so the Elystria is intended for general interior locations rather than bathroom zones. For use near a vanity outside the splash zones, please confirm suitability with a qualified electrician.
