Eryndor LED Alabaster Wall Light - Matt Black & Soft White

The Eryndor is a 700mm tall alabaster wall light built around a single rectangular panel of natural Spanish alabaster, capped at the top and bottom with matt black metal end pieces. A continuous LED ribbon traces a recessed rectangular cut-out across the lower two-thirds of the panel, casting warm 3000K light through the stone and along the edges of the channel.

The narrow 150mm-wide profile and 90mm projection from the wall suit hallways, stairwells, bedside positions and lounge feature walls where a vertical light element works better than a round or horizontal fitting. The 700mm height makes the Eryndor substantial enough to flank a doorway or fireplace without overwhelming a smaller wall, and a pair installed symmetrically reads well either side of a bed or mirror. Hardwired installation with the LED driver concealed behind the wall plate.

Each alabaster panel is cut from natural stone, so the cloud-like veining, mineral patches and translucency vary between individual pieces. When lit, the recessed LED channel reads as a clean rectangular line of light while the surrounding alabaster glows softly from internal reflection, giving the fitting two distinct visual layers. The matt black caps frame the stone without competing with it, and the solid copper internal structure supports the LED at a consistent depth behind the panel.

Does the Eryndor come with a bulb?

No separate bulb is required. The LED is integrated into the fixture and runs at 3000K warm white on 230V mains. The light source is built behind the alabaster panel, so there is nothing to change or replace as a consumable.

Is it suitable for bathrooms?

The Eryndor does not carry a published IP rating in its specification, so it is intended for dry interior locations such as hallways, bedrooms, lounges and stairwells. It should not be installed in bathroom zones or other damp areas.

How is it installed?

The fitting is hardwired to a 230V mains supply and fixed directly to the wall, with the driver concealed behind the wall plate. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician in line with current UK wiring regulations.

Will the alabaster pattern match between two units?

No. Each panel is cut from natural Spanish alabaster, so veining, tonal variation and translucency differ between individual pieces. Pairs installed either side of a bed or doorway will read as clearly related but not identical, which is a feature of the natural stone.
