Ginger LED Large Arc Floor Lamp - Black & Brown Wood Veneer

The Ginger Large is a 180cm arc floor lamp built around a slim black metal arm that extends 172cm horizontally from a weighted black disc base, suspending a 45cm wood veneer shade over the room. The shallow disc-shaped shade combines a brown wood veneer top surface with a white-painted underside, hiding an integrated 15W LED at 3000K that washes warm light downward.

The horizontal reach allows the shade to hang over a sofa, armchair or dining table without the base needing to sit directly underneath, useful where a ceiling pendant cannot be installed or where a rented property restricts hardwired fittings. The lamp suspends the shade by a thin steel cable with the power cord routed alongside the arm, keeping the visual line clean from base to shade.

The black powder-coated metalwork covers the upright column, the horizontal arm and the round base disc, contrasting with the natural wood grain of the veneer shade. The white inner reflector lifts the light output and gives a softer cast than a fully wood-lined shade would produce. At 180cm tall with a 172cm arm reach, the Ginger needs roughly 2m of clear floor space front-to-back to position correctly, and suits open-plan living areas, reading corners and dining spaces with ceiling heights of 2.4m or more.

How much floor space does the Ginger need?

The arm extends 172cm horizontally from the base, so allow around 2m of clear floor depth from the wall or furniture line to position the lamp with the shade hanging where you want it. The base itself is a compact disc that sits flat against the floor.

Does it come with a bulb?

The light source is an integrated 15W LED at 3000K (warm white). It is built into the lamp and is not user-replaceable, so no separate bulb purchase is needed.

Is the LED dimmable?

Dimmer compatibility depends on the specific dimmer or in-line controller used. Please contact us before pairing with a wall dimmer to confirm whether the integrated driver supports it.

Can the shade height be adjusted?

The shade hangs from a fixed-length steel cable on the horizontal arm. The arm position is set by the design rather than freely adjustable, so the drop height is determined by where you place the base relative to the seating or table below.
