The Illuma Pebble is a small alabaster table lamp shaped as a low, rounded dome measuring 180mm in diameter and 115mm in height. It is cut from a single block of natural Spanish alabaster in a soft white finish, with no visible base or frame, so the stone itself forms the entire body of the lamp. A single G9 socket sits inside the cavity, and bulb is sold separately.

The compact footprint suits bedside tables, low console shelves, mantelpieces and bathroom vanities where a full-height table lamp would be too tall. At 115mm high it slips under wall art and below shelf overhangs that taller lamps cannot, and the rounded profile reads as a sculptural object during the day when the bulb is off. The G9 fitting accepts low-wattage LED capsules suitable for ambient bedside or accent use.

Each pebble is cut from a different section of stone, so the cloud-like veining, grey mineral pockets and degree of translucency vary between individual pieces. When lit from within, the alabaster glows unevenly across its surface, picking out denser veining as darker patches and thinner sections as warmer pools of light. The natural stone weighs the lamp down on its own without needing a metal base plate, keeping the silhouette uninterrupted on all sides.

What bulb does the Illuma Pebble take?

It uses a single G9 capsule bulb, sold separately. A low-wattage warm-white LED between 2-3W and 2700K-3000K typically gives the best result for bedside and accent use, allowing the alabaster to glow without overheating in the small cavity.

Will every lamp look the same?

No. Each pebble is cut from a different section of natural Spanish alabaster, so the veining patterns, mineral pocket density and translucency differ between individual pieces. This is a feature of the natural stone rather than a defect.

How should the alabaster be cleaned?

Wipe the surface gently with a dry, soft microfibre cloth. Alabaster is porous and softer than marble, so avoid household sprays, polishes and chemical cleaners. For more stubborn marks a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but do not soak the stone.
