Linea 1m LED Alabaster Linear Chandelier - Black

The Linea Medium is a 1000mm linear pendant light built from a slim 60mm x 60mm matt black metal housing with a full-length natural Spanish alabaster diffuser running along the underside. An integrated 30W LED at 3000K sits behind the alabaster, with the stone itself acting as the diffuser to spread warm light evenly across the entire length of the bar.

Designed for kitchen islands, dining tables and elongated worktops between 1.2m and 1.8m long, the Linea hangs from two slim suspension cables anchored to a matching matt black rectangular ceiling plate. The cables are adjustable on installation, allowing the bar to be set 700-800mm above an island or table surface depending on ceiling height. The 1m length suits standard residential islands without overhanging the ends.

Each alabaster section shows different mineral veining and tonal variation depending on the block of stone it was cut from, so the diffuser pattern differs between individual fittings and becomes most visible when the LED is on. The combination of pale natural stone underneath and crisp matt black above gives the Linea a defined two-tone profile that reads as a single floating line from across the room. The slim 60mm bar depth keeps sightlines across an open-plan kitchen clear.

What size island or table does the Linea Medium suit?

The 1000mm length is well-matched to kitchen islands and dining tables between 1.2m and 1.8m long, leaving roughly 100-400mm of clearance at each end. For longer islands or tables, consider a longer version in the Linea range.

How high should it hang above a worktop?

The suspension cables are adjustable on installation. Most kitchen islands suit a hanging height of 700-800mm between the worktop and the underside of the bar, which keeps sightlines clear while bringing the light close enough to illuminate prep tasks.

Is the LED replaceable?

The LED is integrated into the bar and not user-replaceable. The fitting carries a 2-year warranty, and integrated LEDs of this type typically last 25,000-50,000 hours in normal residential use.

Does the alabaster pattern vary between fittings?

Yes. The diffuser is cut from natural Spanish alabaster, so veining, tonal variation and translucency differ between individual pieces. The pattern becomes most visible when the LED is switched on and the stone is back-lit.
