Luna LED Alabaster Disc Pendant Light - Brushed Brass

The Luna is a 300mm circular alabaster disc pendant framed in solid copper with a brushed brass finish. The flat alabaster disc is held at a single suspension point by a brass bracket and pin, set against a slim brass rim that traces the full circumference. An integrated 12W 3000K LED sits behind the stone, lighting the alabaster from within so the disc itself becomes the light source.

Suited to dining tables, kitchen islands, hallways and stairwells with a ceiling height of 2.4m or higher, the Luna can be hung as a single pendant or grouped at staggered drops over longer surfaces. The cable suspension allows the drop to be adjusted on installation, so the disc can be set 700-800mm above a dining table or 600-900mm above a worktop. The bracket and pin detail keeps the visual weight at the top of the fitting, letting the stone read as the dominant element.

Each disc is cut from natural Spanish alabaster, so the veining, mineral cloud patterns and tonal shifts vary between pieces. The honed surface preserves the soft translucency of the stone while showing a clean, even edge where the alabaster meets the copper frame. The brushed brass finish on the rim and bracket gives a warm metallic outline without the high reflectivity of polished brass, pairing well with both contemporary and warmer traditional interiors.

Does the Luna come with a bulb?

Yes. The light source is an integrated 12W LED at 3000K (warm white), built into the fitting behind the alabaster disc. There is no separate bulb to purchase or replace.

Is the alabaster pattern the same on every pendant?

No. Each disc is cut from natural Spanish alabaster, so the veining, mineral clouding and translucency differ between individual pieces. This natural variation is a feature of the material, not a defect, and becomes most visible when the LED is lit.

Can the drop height be adjusted?

Yes. The pendant suspends on a cable that can be shortened on installation to suit different ceiling heights. Over a dining table the disc typically sits 700-800mm above the surface; over a kitchen island, 600-900mm.

How should the alabaster be cleaned?

Wipe gently with a dry, soft microfibre cloth. For more stubborn marks a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but avoid soaking the stone and do not use household sprays, polishes or chemical cleaners, as alabaster is porous and softer than marble.
