Description
The Luxoria is a 1650mm linear chandelier formed from ten 120mm alabaster globes threaded along a polished chrome armature, giving the fixture the appearance of a long string of pearls draped between two ceiling points. Each globe houses a G9 lamp (sold separately) and is held in place by chrome fittings that double as the cable connectors between spheres. The image shows a soft chrome ring detail at the second drop point, breaking the line and adding visual interest at the centre.
The twin-canopy fixing means the Luxoria suspends from two separate ceiling points rather than a single rose, allowing the chain of globes to drape in a gentle curve between them. This makes it well suited to long dining tables, kitchen islands and entrance halls of 1.6m or more in length, where a single-point pendant would feel undersized. Each cable is 1000mm and adjustable on installation, so the lowest point of the curve can be set to suit the ceiling height and the surface below.
Each alabaster globe is cut from natural stone and shows its own veining and tonal variation, so no two spheres look identical when lit. The polished chrome armature, ring detail and twin canopies sit cleanly against modern white or pale-grey ceilings without competing with the alabaster, while the ten G9 sources distribute light along the full 1.65m length rather than concentrating it at a single point. Total fitting weight is supported across both canopies, sharing the load between fixings.

Frequently Asked
What bulbs does the Luxoria take?
The fixture takes ten G9 capsule lamps, one per alabaster globe. Bulbs are sold separately. A warm-white LED G9 between 2700K and 3000K typically gives the best result, allowing the natural veining of the alabaster to show through without a cold cast.
How is it fixed to the ceiling?
The Luxoria uses two separate ceiling canopies rather than a single rose. Both canopies are fixed to the ceiling and the chain of globes drapes in a curve between them. The 1000mm cable on each canopy is adjustable on installation to set the lowest point of the curve.
What ceiling height is needed?
The fitting suits ceilings of 2.4m or higher. Above a dining table or kitchen island the lowest globe typically sits 700-800mm above the surface; the cables can be shortened on installation to suit lower ceilings.
Does each alabaster globe vary?
Yes. Each globe is cut from natural Chinese alabaster, so veining, tone and translucency differ between individual spheres. This is a feature of the natural material rather than a defect, and it gives each installation a slightly different character when lit.
