Marvello LED Alabaster Disc Wall Light - Brushed Brass

The Marvello is a 450mm wall light built around a sculpted alabaster disc suspended in front of a tall brushed brass backplate. A slim brass arm drops from the top of the rectangular plate to support the stone disc, and an integrated 6W 3000K LED behind the alabaster lights the natural stone from within. The fitting projects 100mm from the wall and measures 160mm wide, giving a slim vertical footprint.

Designed for hallways, stairwell walls, bedside positions and feature walls in living rooms, the Marvello works as decorative accent lighting rather than primary task light. The integrated LED runs on 230V mains and requires hard wiring into a wall point, so it suits new-build installations or planned renovations where a wall-mounted feed is being added. The single fitting works alone or in pairs flanking a mirror, console or bed.

The disc is cut from natural Spanish alabaster, so each piece shows different ivory and honey-toned veining when lit. The body combines solid copper construction with a brushed brass finish on the backplate, giving the fitting weight and a warm metallic tone that softens reflections under daylight. A subtle metallic frame around the disc echoes the brass plate and defines the circular profile against the vertical line of the backplate.

Does it need hard wiring?

Yes. The Marvello runs on 230V mains and is designed to wire into a fixed wall point. It is not a plug-in fitting, so installation typically suits new builds, renovations or rooms where a wall feed is being added. We recommend installation by a qualified electrician.

Does each alabaster disc look the same?

No. Each disc is cut from natural Spanish alabaster, so the veining, tonal variation and translucency differ between individual pieces. When lit, each disc reveals unique ivory and honey-toned patterning. This natural variation is a feature of the material rather than a defect.

Is the LED replaceable?

The 6W LED is integrated into the fitting, so it is not user-replaceable in the same way as a standard bulb. Integrated LEDs of this type are typically rated for 25,000-50,000 hours of use, equivalent to many years of normal residential operation.

Can it be installed in a bathroom?

This fitting does not carry a stated IP rating in the specification, so it is intended for dry interior locations only. It should not be installed in bathroom zones or any area exposed to moisture.
