Noctera LED Twin Column Alabaster Wall Light - Brushed Brass

The Noctera is a twin column wall light measuring 480mm tall and 260mm wide, built from two parallel cylinders of natural Spanish alabaster mounted on a brushed brass armature. Each column houses an integrated LED that runs the full length of the stone, drawing 12W in total at 3000K on 230V mains. The brass back plate, support arms and end caps share a single warm satin finish.

Designed primarily as a bathroom or hallway wall light, the Noctera works either side of a vanity mirror, flanking a freestanding bath, or paired along a corridor for symmetrical wash lighting. The vertical column format throws light upwards and downwards along the wall rather than outwards into the room, which suits narrower spaces where a projecting fitting would feel intrusive. The brass back plate covers a standard UK wall box.

Each alabaster column is cut from a single piece of stone, so the veining and cloudy mineral pattern visible when the LED is lit differs between the two columns and between individual fittings. The brushed brass finish has a low sheen that reads as warm rather than yellow under the 3000K LED, and ages slowly without lacquer-style flaking. Combined depth from the wall is approximately 110mm, keeping the fitting shallow enough for tight bathroom layouts.

Is the Noctera suitable for bathrooms?

The format and proportions suit bathroom vanity and mirror-side use, but the listed specification does not confirm an IP rating. For zone 2 or splash-zone installation, please contact us before ordering to confirm the IP rating for this model.

What bulb does it take?

The Noctera uses an integrated 12W LED at 3000K. The LED is built into the fitting and is not user-replaceable, so no separate bulb is required.

Will the two alabaster columns look identical?

No. Each column is cut from natural Spanish alabaster, so veining, mineral clouding and tonal variation differ between the two columns and between individual fittings. This is a feature of the natural stone rather than a defect.
