Selvana LED Small Alabaster Wall Light - Soft White

The Selvana Small is a 300mm round alabaster wall light cut from natural Spanish alabaster, with a brushed brass centre boss housing the integrated LED behind the stone. The disc projects just 40mm from the wall, and the 3000K LED is positioned behind the alabaster so the entire face of the stone glows softly when lit, with the brass detail reading as a focal point at the centre.

Designed as accent and ambient lighting rather than task light, the Selvana suits hallways, stairwells, bedside positions, lounges and behind-sofa walls where a soft wash of warm light is needed without glare. The 40mm projection keeps the fitting close to the wall, which makes it practical for narrow corridors and circulation routes where a deeper wall light would protrude into the walkway. It runs on standard 230V mains and wires into a UK back box.

Each alabaster disc is cut from a single section of natural stone, so the veining, cloudy patches and tonal variation differ between individual pieces — no two Selvana lights look the same when illuminated. The combination of soft white stone and brushed brass centre gives the fitting a quiet material contrast that pairs with both contemporary minimalist interiors and warmer transitional schemes. Does the Selvana need a separate bulb?

No. The LED is integrated into the fitting behind the alabaster disc and runs directly from the 230V mains supply. There is no separate bulb to change.

Is it suitable for bathrooms?

The Selvana does not carry a published IP rating, so it should be installed in dry indoor locations such as hallways, bedrooms, lounges and stairwells. It is not suitable for bathroom zones or external use.
