Selvara 3 Light Horizontal Alabaster Linear Chandelier - Brushed Brass

The Selvara is a 1200mm horizontal linear pendant built around three solid Spanish alabaster bars suspended at staggered heights from a rectangular brushed brass canopy. Each alabaster bar conceals a section of integrated LED, totalling 22W at 3000K, so the stone itself becomes the diffuser and casts a warm glow along its full length. The slim brass drop rods that support each bar read as fine vertical lines against the stone.

Designed for long dining tables, kitchen islands and open-plan living-dining zones, the staggered bar arrangement spreads light across a wider footprint than a single linear pendant of the same length. The 1200mm length suits tables and islands of 1.4m or longer, and the 1450mm overall drop is set on installation so the lowest bar typically sits 700-800mm above the surface. The rectangular canopy mounts to a standard ceiling rose position.

The fitting combines stainless steel framework with natural alabaster cut from Spanish quarries, so the veining, opacity and tonal variation differ from one bar to the next. The brushed brass finish on the canopy and drop rods has a low-sheen quality that sits comfortably alongside warm timber, pale stone and soft neutral palettes. At 320mm wide and three bars deep, the pendant occupies real volume in the room without feeling heavy thanks to the open framework.

What size table or island does the Selvara suit?

The 1200mm length works well above tables and kitchen islands of 1.4m or longer. The staggered three-bar layout spreads the lit area wider than a single straight bar, so it also suits wider islands and rectangular dining tables that benefit from light reaching beyond a narrow centre line.

Is the LED replaceable, and is it dimmable?

The 22W LED is integrated into each alabaster bar and is not user-replaceable; it is rated for the long service life typical of LED fittings. Dimmer compatibility depends on the specific dimmer model, so please contact us before pairing the Selvara with a dimmer to confirm.

Will the alabaster bars look identical to the photo?

Each bar is cut from natural Spanish alabaster, so veining, mineral patterning and translucency vary between pieces. The overall form, dimensions and finish are consistent, but the individual character of the stone is unique to each pendant.

What ceiling height is needed?

The 1450mm overall drop is adjustable on installation. For a dining table or kitchen island the lowest bar typically sits 700-800mm above the surface, suiting rooms with ceiling heights of 2.6m or above. The drop can be shortened during fitting for lower ceilings.
