Selvara LED Medium Alabaster Double Wall Light - Brushed Brass & Soft White

The Selvara Medium is a 480mm vertical wall light built from two parallel bars of natural Spanish alabaster mounted to a slim brushed brass backplate. An integrated 12W LED runs the length of the fitting at 3000K, casting warm ambient light through both alabaster bars and out from the open ends top and bottom.

At 150mm wide and 100mm deep, the fitting suits hallways, bedside positions, living room feature walls and bathroom flanking arrangements either side of a mirror. The vertical format works well in pairs or repeated along a corridor, and the narrow 100mm projection keeps the light close to the wall in tighter passageways. Hardwired to 230V mains, the Selvara replaces a standard wall light point without surface trunking.

The two alabaster bars are cut from natural stone, so each piece shows different mineral veining and tonal variation when lit. The brushed brass backplate and end caps soften reflections and pair the warm metal tone with the warm 3000K light, giving a consistent colour temperature across stone and metal. The combination of soft white alabaster and brushed brass suits both contemporary and transitional interiors.

Is the Selvara dimmable?

The integrated LED runs at 12W on 230V mains. Dimmer compatibility depends on the specific dimmer module used, so please contact us before pairing the fitting with a dimmer to confirm the recommended driver setup.

Can it be used in a bathroom?

No IP rating is listed for this fitting, so it should be treated as an indoor wall light for use outside bathroom zones. For bathroom mirror flanking we'd recommend a dedicated IP-rated alternative.

Does the alabaster vary between pieces?

Yes. The two alabaster bars are cut from natural Spanish stone, so the veining, tonal variation and translucency differ between individual fittings. This is a feature of the natural material rather than a defect, and pieces ordered together will not be identical.

How is it installed?

The Selvara is hardwired to a 230V mains supply via the brushed brass backplate, which fixes to the wall over a standard wall light point. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician in line with current UK wiring regulations.
