Serava Large LED Alabaster Pendant Light - Soft White

The Serava is a 1m tall alabaster pendant light built around an elongated capsule form cut from natural Spanish alabaster, suspended on a slim cable with a copper leather strap detail at the top. An integrated 52W LED runs the length of the stone interior, casting warm 3000K light through the alabaster so the entire 350mm-tall body glows as a single luminous column.

Designed for rooms with height to spare, the Serava suits double-height entrance halls, tall stairwells, dining areas with vaulted ceilings, and bedrooms where a vertical sculptural element works better than a horizontal pendant. The 100mm section diameter keeps the visual footprint slim, so the pendant reads as a vertical line of light rather than a bulky shade. Hung in multiples along a long table or down a stairwell, it produces a rhythmic vertical pattern.

The alabaster shows the cloud-like veining and tonal variation natural to the stone, with each piece cut from a different section of the block. The 230V integrated LED removes the need for separate bulbs and keeps the exterior of the capsule uninterrupted by a visible lamp holder. Copper detailing at the cable suspension picks up the warm tones in the alabaster veining, providing a quiet contrast against the soft white body.

Does the Serava come with a bulb?

Yes. The Serava uses an integrated 52W LED running at 230V mains, with a 3000K warm-white colour temperature. There is no separate bulb to fit or replace, and the LED is built into the alabaster body during manufacture.

What ceiling height does it suit?

The pendant is 1000mm tall, so it works best in rooms with ceilings of 2.7m or above to leave clearance below. It is well suited to double-height entrance halls, stairwells and vaulted dining areas. The suspension cable is adjustable on installation to set the final hanging height.

Does the alabaster vary between pieces?

Yes. Each capsule is cut from natural Spanish alabaster, so the cloud-like veining and tonal variation differ between individual pendants. This is a feature of the natural stone, not a defect, and is most visible when the LED is lit.

Can multiple Seravas be hung together?

Yes. The slim 100mm section and vertical capsule shape make the Serava well suited to grouped installations, such as a row above a long dining table or a cluster down a stairwell. Each pendant requires its own ceiling outlet for power.
