Solenne LED Alabaster Pendant Light - Polished Black & Alabaster

The Solenne is a slim 600mm vertical pendant light built around a 100mm-diameter polished black stainless steel cylinder, with a band of natural Spanish alabaster wrapped around the lower third. An integrated LED inside the alabaster section emits warm 3000K light, turning the stone band itself into a softly glowing diffuser while the rest of the metal tube remains unlit and reads as a clean dark line.

Suspended from a fine black cable and matching round black canopy, the pendant suits dining tables, kitchen islands, bedside positions and stairwells where a narrow vertical fitting works better than a wide shade. The 100mm diameter keeps the visual footprint small, so the Solenne can be hung singly above a bedside table or repeated in clusters of three or five along a kitchen island or open stairwell. The cable length is adjustable on installation.

Each alabaster band is cut from natural Spanish stone, so cloudy tonal variation and organic veining differ between individual pieces. Lit from within, the alabaster shows its mineral character clearly; unlit, it reads as a soft white block against the polished black metal. The contrast between the dark stainless steel cylinder and the warm-toned stone gives the fitting a disciplined, architectural look without becoming cold or industrial.

Does the Solenne come with a bulb?

Yes. The LED is integrated into the fitting and cannot be replaced separately. It runs at 3000K (warm white) on 230V mains.

Can the drop be adjusted?

Yes. The suspension cable is adjustable on installation, allowing the pendant to be hung at the right height for the intended position. Above a dining table or kitchen island, the bottom of the pendant typically sits 700-800mm above the surface.

Can I hang several Solenne pendants together?

Each Solenne is supplied with its own round canopy, so multiples are usually installed as separate fittings spaced across a ceiling or stairwell rather than from a shared bar. The slim 100mm diameter and tall vertical form work well in clusters of three or five over a kitchen island or in a stairwell void.

Why does the alabaster look different on each piece?

The alabaster band is cut from natural Spanish stone, so the cloudy tonal variation, veining and translucency vary between pieces. This is a feature of the natural material rather than a defect, and becomes most visible once the integrated LED is switched on.
