Solenne LED Halo Alabaster Wall Light - Brushed Brass

The Solenne Halo is a 300mm wall light built around a gently domed disc of natural Spanish alabaster, mounted on a circular solid copper backplate finished in brushed brass. An integrated 10W 3000K LED sits behind the stone, lighting the alabaster from within and casting a warm halo of light around the brass rim where it meets the wall.

Designed as a wall-mounted decorative fitting, the Solenne suits hallways, bedrooms, lounges and stairwells where a sculptural light source is wanted in place of a conventional wall light or picture light. The 85mm projection keeps the fitting close to the wall, so it works well in narrow corridors and beside beds without intruding on circulation space. The hardwired connection runs through the centre of the brass backplate.

Each alabaster disc is cut from a single block of stone, so the veining and tonal variation differ between pieces — creamy whites blend with warm ivory and pale honey markings that only become visible once the LED is switched on. The convex face of the alabaster gives the light a soft, pebble-like silhouette, while the brushed brass backplate adds a warm metallic edge that catches ambient light during the day when the fitting is unlit.

Does it come with the bulb included?

Yes. The Solenne uses an integrated 10W LED rated at 3000K (warm white) on 230V mains, so no separate bulb is needed. The LED is built into the fitting behind the alabaster disc.

Is the alabaster pattern the same on every piece?

No. Each disc is cut from a single block of natural Spanish alabaster, so the veining, tonal variation and translucency differ between pieces. The pattern only becomes fully visible once the LED is switched on.

How is it installed?

The Solenne is hardwired through the centre of the brass backplate to a standard 230V mains supply. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician. The fitting projects 85mm from the wall once mounted.

How is the alabaster cleaned?

Alabaster is porous and softer than marble. Wipe the surface gently with a dry, soft microfibre cloth. Avoid household sprays, polishes and chemical cleaners, and do not use damp cloths soaked in tap water — distilled water on a barely-damp cloth is acceptable for stubborn marks.
