Valora LED Alabaster Wall Light - Brushed Brass

The Valora is a 580mm vertical wall light built around a cylindrical column of natural Spanish alabaster, wrapped by two curved brushed brass bands that arc across its centre. An integrated 8W 3000K LED inside the column lights the stone from within, turning the alabaster itself into the diffuser and casting a warm glow that picks out the mineral veining running through the piece.

Designed as a vertically mounted wall fitting, the Valora suits hallways, stairwells, dressing rooms and bedside positions where a slim 127mm width and modest 125mm projection are needed. The proportions also work well in pairs flanking a doorway, mirror or bed, where the matched curves of the brass detailing read as a symmetrical composition. The integrated LED removes the need to source bulbs and runs on standard 230V mains.

The alabaster column measures 80mm in diameter and is cut from a single block, so the veining, banding and translucency vary between individual pieces. The brushed brass bands are solid metal with a low-sheen finish that softens reflections and pairs comfortably with both warm and cooler interior palettes. Combined height of 580mm gives the fitting enough vertical presence to anchor a wall section without dominating it, and the rounded ends of the alabaster cylinder soften the otherwise architectural silhouette.

Does the Valora come with a bulb?

Yes. The Valora uses an integrated 8W LED rated at 3000K warm white, so no separate bulb is required. The LED runs on standard 230V mains and is built into the fitting.

Is it dimmable?

Dimmer compatibility depends on the specific dimmer model paired with the integrated LED driver. Please contact us before pairing with a dimmer to confirm compatibility for your installation.

Can it be used in a bathroom?

The Valora does not carry a published IP rating, so it is intended for dry interior locations only. It is not suitable for installation within bathroom zones or other damp environments.

How is the alabaster cleaned?

Alabaster is a porous, soft stone. Wipe gently with a dry, soft microfibre cloth. For more stubborn marks a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but avoid soaking the stone and do not use household sprays, polishes or chemical cleaners.
