Zantari LED Alabaster Wall Light - Brushed Brass

The Zantari is a 420mm alabaster wall light built around a single elongated capsule of natural Spanish alabaster, framed by a brushed brass surround with a horizontal brass band wrapping the centre. An integrated 18W LED behind the stone casts warm 3000K light through the alabaster, so the stone itself becomes the diffuser and the light source stays concealed.

At 140mm wide with a 70mm projection from the wall, the Zantari sits flush enough for hallways, stairwells and bedside positions where deeper fittings would feel intrusive. The vertical capsule format suits flanking pairs either side of a mirror, a bed or a fireplace, and the 420mm height reads well at standard 1.5-1.6m mounting positions for general wall lighting. Mains 230V hardwired installation is required.

Each alabaster panel shows different mineral veining and tonal movement, with darker amber pockets concentrated towards the upper and lower ends of the capsule on this piece. The brushed brass frame is a solid copper substrate with a brushed brass finish, giving the warm metallic tone weight and durability rather than a thin plated edge. The central band breaks the capsule visually into two halves and adds a defined horizontal line against the soft vertical glow of the stone.

Is the Zantari dimmable?

The integrated LED runs at 18W on 230V mains. Dimmer compatibility depends on the specific dimmer model, so please contact us before pairing with a dimmer to confirm.

Is it suitable for bathrooms?

No IP rating is listed for this fitting, so the Zantari should be installed in dry interior locations such as hallways, bedrooms, living rooms and stairwells, not in bathroom zones or outdoors.

Does the alabaster vary between pieces?

Yes. Each panel is cut from natural Spanish alabaster, so the veining, tonal movement and translucency differ between individual lights. The amber pockets and mineral lines visible when lit are a feature of the natural stone rather than a defect.

How is the alabaster cleaned?

Alabaster is porous and softer than marble. Wipe gently with a dry, soft microfibre cloth. For more stubborn marks a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but avoid soaking the stone and do not use household sprays, polishes or chemical cleaners.
