Zarune LED Sculpted Curve Alabaster Wall Light - Matte Black

The Zarune is a 1500mm tall wall light carved from natural Spanish alabaster into a single sculpted curve, divided into three sections by two matte black metal bands. An integrated 45W LED at 3000K runs the length of the fitting, lighting the alabaster from within so the stone itself becomes the diffuser. The narrow 110mm width and 150mm wall projection keep the fitting close to the wall while giving it sculptural presence.

Designed for vertical wall mounting in hallways, stairwells, double-height entrances and living rooms with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above, the Zarune works as both ambient light and a wall feature. The 1.5m height suits taller wall runs where a standard wall light would look undersized, and the curved profile breaks up flat plaster surfaces. It pairs well with layered schemes that include downlights or table lamps for task lighting.

The alabaster is cut from a single block per fitting, so the cloud-like veining, mineral tone and translucency vary between pieces. The matte black bands are solid copper finished in a low-sheen black, providing structural joints between the alabaster sections and a defined visual rhythm along the curve. The combined stone and copper construction gives the fitting substantial weight, and it should be mounted into a solid wall or onto a noggin behind plasterboard.

Does the Zarune come with the bulb included?

Yes. The 45W LED is integrated into the fitting at 3000K (warm white) on 230V mains, so no separate bulb is required. The LED is not designed for end-user replacement.

Is it dimmable?

Dimmer compatibility depends on the specific dimmer model used with the integrated LED driver. Please contact us before pairing the Zarune with a dimmer to confirm it will operate correctly.

Does each piece look the same?

No. Each Zarune is carved from a single block of natural Spanish alabaster, so the veining, mineral tone and translucency differ between individual pieces. This variation is a feature of the natural stone rather than a defect.

How is the alabaster cleaned?

Wipe gently with a dry, soft microfibre cloth. For more stubborn marks, use a barely-damp cloth with distilled water, but avoid soaking the stone. Do not use household sprays, polishes or chemical cleaners, as alabaster is porous and softer than marble.
